Accessing Programs at SORCe

Programs and services are offered at SORCe on a walk-in basis during business hours.

SORCe is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00-4:00, closed 12:00-1:00 for lunch. To access programs and services, people and families are required to complete an intake process. This intake process includes completing a client profile questionnaire. Clients must acknowledge that intake information shared with SORCe will be shared with all agencies that are participating in the collaborative.

The personal information provided to SORCe is collected, used, and disclosed under the authority of sections 33-40 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP).
