SORCe offers walk-in based services, general services are not available by phone.

SORCe is located on the north side of the City Hall LRT platform at:

WALK-IN HOURS: Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

For CAA participants who need to check-in for housing, a message can be left at: 587-779-5015.
SORCe is typically closed the first Thursday afternoon of the month, on weekends and statutory holidays.
Hours are subject to change without notice.

*Please note that SORCe does not have access to emergency housing or emergency financial assistance.
